THE WOUNDED KNEE TRIAL 1974

ST. PAUL MINNESOTA

DENNIS BANKS, RUSSELL MEANS ,

WILLIAM KUNSTLER, DOUGLAS DURHAM FBI

THE FBI INFORMANT LOST IN THE END.

IN 1974 I MET RUSSELL MEANS ONE OF THE LEADERS OF THE AMIERICAN INDIAN MOVEMENT. LATER I MET DENNIS BANKS DURING A COURT TRIAL IN ST. PAUL MINNESOTA.

HE WAS A GUEST SPEAKER AT A UNITARIAN CHURCH MEETING. MEANS CAME OUT VERY AGGRESSIVE AND WAS CHASTISING THE PEOPLE WHO CAME TO SUPPORT HIM. I QUIETLY WENT UP TO HIM AND TOLD HIM HE WAS CRITICISING THE WRONG PEOPLE. HE QUICKLY CHANGED GEARS AND BECAME FRIENDLY. HE THANKED ME LATER.

AS AN  ARTIST I PULLED OUT SOME DRAWING PAPER AND DREW ALL PARTIES INVOLVED INCLUDING JUDGE NICHOLS.

ONE INFORMANT PICTURED ABOVE HAD PULLED A PISTOL AND PUT IT IN MY FACE AT AIM HEADQUARTERS CHALLENGING ME AS AN FBI INFORMANT. I THREW IT RIGHT BACK AT HIM BEING THE INFORMANT. HE PUT HIS GUN DOWN. I WAS NOT AFRAID OF HIM.

SHORTLY AFTER HE WENT PUBLIC AS AN INFORMANT FOR THE FBI. HE HAD MONEY, WEAPONS, AND A PRIVATE PLANE WHICH HE USED TO SCAM DENNIS BANKS AND THE INDIAN MOVEMENT.

END OF STORY. THE INDIANS WON.

BOBBY WOULD HAVE BEEN PROUD.

ONE MORE RIPPLE OF HOPE.

THIS IDIOT POINTED

A '45 CALIBER PISTOL

IN MY FACE.

HE TURNED OUT TO BE THE INFORMANT FOR THE FBI.
